Once payment has been completed, our order processing time takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will typically be sent out within this period of time.

 

► DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We provide shipping to international locations.

 

► HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping times vary for different locations and shipping method used. On average it takes 7-15 days. Delays may occur during holidays or due to any unforeseen events such as flood, typhoon or heavy snow. Extra stringent custom inspections can also lead to a delay in receiving your order. We are not liable for any delays caused by above mentioned events.

 

► HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Orders above $20 can enjoy FREE SHIPPING. For orders below $20, shipping fees depends on the destination countries.

► HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After deciding on the color or size if applicable from the dropdown menu for your product, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping and add more items into your cart. Once you are done shopping, you may proceed to checkout. Please note that prices displayed during checkout is in USD.

 

► WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

 

► CAN I PAY IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?

All prices will be shown in USD. Moreover, when you check out, you will be billed in USD. Your bank or credit card company will automatically convert your subtotal based on the latest currency conversion rates.

► CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If we have not already sent out your order, you may make any changes. Please contact us at support@blenderup.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels due to wrong information provided and/or if you have moved out of the address.

 

► CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only allow order cancellation if we have not already sent out your order. This period of time usually ranges from within 12 hours to 48 hours after you made payment. We guarantee to provide full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours after you made payment. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the logistics company, we are no longer able to cancel your order.

 

► HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?

When your order has been dispatched and tracking information made available, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to your registered email address. This will typically happen after 5-7 days.

 

► WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Firstly, kindly check your SPAM folder to see if it was sent there. If you still cannot find the email, you may have provided us with a different email than you have thought or simply misspelled your email information. Please contact us via support@blenderup.com and provide us with information about your order. We will assist you from there.

 

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

 



► WHEN I TRACKED MY ORDER, THE STATUS SAYS RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the event that your package were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement.

 

► WHEN I TRACKED MY ORDER, THE STATUS SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local postal courier service immediately regarding this issue. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.

 

► WHY IS THE PRICE SHOWN ON THE PACKAGE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I PAID?

Prices revealed from your respective package might be different from what you have paid. Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

 

► WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. If no one is at home, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package. Or they will simply call you at the phone number you left with us.
